Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2008 : This vintage was another exceptional year for our Vinoce Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve. (90% CS, 5% CF, 5% MRT)

Black fruits excite the front palate, currant, plum, and blackberry. Subtle spice notes of cedar and sandalwood carry the mid-palate thru coffee and mocha to the glorious red fruits at the finish. The 2008 Cabernet Reserve shows incredible length and persistence on the palate.

Mount Veeder Estate 2008 (60% CBF, 25% CBS, 15% MRT) :

Mt Veeder "2008 with a higher degree of natural acidity present on the palate, making the wines more racy in their youth and giving us the luxury of a long evolution in the bottle. Characteristic red fruits light up the front palate red raspberries and bing cherry start the experience the wine stays focused thru the mid-palate and very gracefully moves to the back palate where dark cherry notes highlight the plum, currant and cassis notes of the vineyard

A beautiful combination of fruit, elegance and rich textures makes this a delightful drinking Sauvignon Blanc. This wine shows bright clean notes of grapefruit, herbs, orange peel and honeydew melon which comes together into a medium bodied food friendly wine.
